The Fairmont Copley Plaza has been the setting for numerous grand events since its illustrious opening in 1912. This year, the hotel is offering an elegant way to toast 2006 with its New Year's Eve Gala Celebration Package. This package includes overnight accommodations in a newly restored and renovated guestroom and a five-course dinner in the award-winning Oak Room, including a glass of Champagne. Following dinner, guests will enjoy the live entertainment and dancing at the Oak Bar. Dinner seatings will begin at 8pm on December 31, 2005. Rates start at $745, and include tax and gratuity for the gala dinner. 

 
For guests who want to begin their New Year's festivities in the award-winning Oak Room and then move on to their own unique celebrations, the Fairmont Copley Plaza offers its New Year's Eve Dinner Package. This package includes overnight accommodations in a newly restored and renovated guestroom and a three-course dinner for two in the Oak Room, including wine. Dinner seatings will be at 5pm and 5:30pm on December 31, 2005. Rates for this package start at $489 for two and include tax and gratuity for the dinner. 
 
Boston offers myriad activities on New Year's Eve. Whether guests take part in First Night Boston festivities or create their own evening of revelry, an overnight stay at the Fairmont Copley Plaza is the perfect complement to any celebration. The Fairmont First Night Package includes accommodations in an elegant double room and two First Night Boston buttons that provide access to all of the entertainment and activities taking place in the city as part of the New Year's celebration. This package is available on December 31, 2005, and rates start at $249.
 
New Year's Day is traditionally the time to make resolutions. What better way to contemplate the New Year and recover from the old one, than with a brunch in the Oak Room. The Resolution Brunch Package includes overnight accommodations on December 31, 2005, in a newly restored and renovated guestroom, two First Night Boston buttons, and New Year's Day brunch for two in the award winning Oak Room. Rates for this package start at $425 for two and tax and gratuity for brunch are included.
