Haute Living Magazine Roundtable a Triumph

The Dom Perignon, Apple Organization and Haute Living Magazine sponsored “Luxury Real Estate Roundtable Power Talk and Luncheon” was a verifiable triumph. Held on October 19 at The Forge, it was the first of the six-series symposium, which featured the union of an intricate mélange of South Florida’s most prominent real estate professionals in the multimillion-dollar commercial and residential real estate markets.
"We are thrilled to provide our readers with the wealth of debated information discussed in our upcoming issue," noted Haute Living Co-Publisher Kamal Hotchandani. "We were amazed by the outcome and have been thrilled with the positive response we have garnered from panelists and attendees alike. We expect our readers will share the same opinions.”

The successful Roundtable event featured The Miami Herald's Matt Haggman presiding as key moderator; Craig Robins of DACRA; Chad Oppenheim of Oppenheim Architecture + Design; Alicia Cervera Jr. of Related Cervera Realty Services; Philip Spiegelman of International Sales Group; Roberto Rocha of The Related Group; and Craig Stephen Perry of Centerline Homes, all making Haute Living's Roundtable lineup one of the most influential to date.

Haggman drilled each panelist on the ins-and-outs, the ups-and-downs, and the boom-and-bust of South Florida’s luxury real estate market. Though each participant offered diverse commentary relating to his or her respective area of expertise, all were in agreement with Perry when he claimed, “real estate is South Florida’s Hollywood.” Another thing was certain; this elite group of real estate professionals was not fazed by the rumored bursting-bubble talk. Instead, the panelists informed guests of their positive predictions for South Florida real estate, which they agreed is primed to get better than ever with Miami’s pressing urban evolution.
“It’s going to be very hard to surpass the success of this wildly informative discussion, but given the wealth of prominent luxury real estate professionals in the South Florida area, the feat will be a welcome challenge,” said Co-Publisher Seth Semilof.
