Tous Celebrates First Anniversary in the U.S.
 
Spanish Consul and the Tous Family Host
Exclusive Cocktail Party in Coral Gables

Tous, the Spanish line of jewelry and accessories, celebrated the one-year anniversary of its U.S. debut and the opening of its second Florida boutique (at Dadeland Mall). The exclusive soiree took place at the home of the Spanish General Consul, Javier Vallaure, in Coral Gables and featured a stunning retrospective of Tous’ Valentine’s collections throughout the years.
Salvador and Rosa Tous, founders of the multimillion-dollar international luxury brand, made a rare visit to Miami, along with one of their daughters, Rosa Oriol Tous, to commemorate the occasion and meet Tous clients. Messages of love and tenderness, communicated through every Tous jewel designed by the Tous family, were displayed throughout the room and on a state of the art flat screen television.

Among those in attendance were:  Miss Universe Amelia Vega; international soap star Kate Del Castillo; Jaydy Michel, model and wife of singer Alejandro Sanz; Telemundo anchor Marian de la Fuente; Alfonso Goyeneche, Executive Director of the Spanish U.S. Chamber of Commerce; WPLG Ch. 10 reporter Alex Alvarez.

 

Tous, known best for its signature teddy bear design, began in 1920 as a tiny repair shop in Spain and has flourished over the course of 80 years and three generations to include more than 150 boutiques in three continents.
